Rawon Soup

ingredients:

  1. 300 grams of lean beef rather

  6. 2 cm galangal / laos, crushed
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 6 cups water

Spices that are:

  1. 4 red onions
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 4 items hazelnut

  5. 2 pieces of red chilli

How to Make:

  • Cut small squares of beef.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil, stir fry until fragrant seasoning mashed with lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and orange leaves.
